Whether you're a new employee or just need a refresher, you'll find step-by-step instructions for connecting to campus networks, accessing your employee email, and utilizing other key digital resources. Most services can be set up in just a few minutes, and our IT support team is always available if you need additional assistance.

1. Know Your Network/Email Account
Essential First Step: This is essential to access online resources
Your network and email credentials are your gateway to all university digital resources. You'll use these accounts to access:
- University email
- Wireless networks
- Campus computers and printers
- Online university systems
- Cloud storage and Microsoft 365 apps
Important: Do not forget to set up your password recovery questions and answers for both sets of credentials. This will help you regain access if you ever forget your password.
2. Opt-In to Blue Alert for Emergency Notifications
Highly Recommended: Stay informed during campus emergencies
Blue Alert is Oklahoma City University's emergency notification system. By opting in, you'll receive emergency alert texts directly to your mobile phone, ensuring you stay informed about:
- Campus safety alerts
- Weather emergencies
- Campus closures
- Other critical information
Setting up Blue Alert takes just a few minutes and could be crucial in an emergency situation.
3. Configure Wireless Access on Your Mobile Devices
