Welcome to iOS printing at Oklahoma City University! If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can print directly from your device using PaperCut Mobility Print - no additional apps or setup required.

No special printer required - Any campus printer works, even non-AirPrint printers

Works from any app - Print from Safari, Mail, Pages, PDFs, and more

Must be on campus network - Connect to the campus WiFi to print
How to Print from Your iPhone or iPad
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Make sure you're connected to the campus WiFi network
- Open the document, photo, email, or webpage you want to print

Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up)

Select "Print" from the share menu

Select a printerfrom the available options
Note: Look for printers that begin with "Student Print" or campus printer names

Enter your credentials when prompted:
Username: The part of your email before the @ symbol
Example: If your email is johnsmith@my.okcu.edu, your username is johnsmith
Password: Your network password (this is separate from your email password)

Adjust print settings if needed (number of copies, page range, etc.)

Tap "Print" to send your job to the printer

Release your print job at the selected campus printer
Troubleshooting
Don't see any printers?
- Verify you're connected to the campus WiFi network
- Make sure you're physically on campus (Mobility Print requires campus network access)
- Try closing and reopening the print dialog
- Restart your device if the issue persists
Don't know your network password?
Reset your network/printing password at password.okcu.edu.
Print job not showing at the printer?
- Check your print balance to ensure you have sufficient funds
- Visit
http://ocuprint.okcu.edu (on campus) to view pending jobs
- Verify you selected a "Student Print" queue
Important: PaperCut Mobility Print handles all the technical details for you. You don't need to worry about printer drivers, models, or brands - it just works with iOS printing!
