How To Print in Color From a Mac

Problem: Default settings do not allow for color printing from a Mac computer to the EmployeePrint queue.

Solution: You must change the "Color Matching" profile on your printer properties page.

1. With your print job ready for printing, select File > Print from the menu bar.

2. Under the Printer Options section, select the Information button to the right of Color Matching

3. There are 2 profiles listed, "Color Sync" and "In Printer", Select the "In Printer" option and then OK to save, then Print to exit and send to printer.
