Managing Cancellation and Editing of Microsoft Booking Times - as of March 2024
END USER OPTIONS:
To cancel an appointment have the client cancel on their end under Manage Bookings. It then syncs back to all your staff views in Bookings and Outlook.
To modify an appointment date or time have the client modify on their end under Manage Bookings in the Calendar Entry Notes. It then syncs back to all your staff views in Bookings and Outlook.
STAFF OPTIONS:
To cancel an appointment yourself for a client - Remember to manually delete the meeting in your staff Outlook calendar after cancelling the meeting in Microsoft Bookings.
To modify an appointment date or time yourself - please send a new Booking invite and have the end user cancel their old booking under Manage Bookings in the calendar entry notes. Th new Booking will sync forward to all clients and staff. The cancelled Booking by the client will sync back to all views in Bookings and Outlook on the staff side.
